Apex is delighted to welcome Malcolm Anderson as Contracts Manager. Malcolm brings over 35 years’ of experience in the lift industry and will support our existing team in further strengthening how we deliver for our maintenance and repairs clients, as well as their stakeholders and residents.
Malcolm began his career as a Fitter’s Mate in 1990, progressed to Callout Engineer in 1998, and was a Regional Technician for 20 years where he gained invaluable experience of working with a wide range of lift stock.
After the Covid lockdown, Malcolm came into the office and began a new journey as a Service Manager within the lift industry. As a result, Malcolm has a deep, hands-on understanding of the operational detail required to deliver service that meets and exceeds customers’ expectations.
We are pleased to welcome Malcolm to the team as he supports the continued enhancement of our service delivery.
