We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Cinganelli as our new Service Director. 

Mark brings over 40 years’ of experience in the lift industry, having previously served as both Service and Operations Director across several leading lift companies. A commercially focused leader with strong operational expertise, Mark has successfully managed large and complex portfolios, developing long-term strategies that have fostered exceptional customer relationships across regions and sectors.

Mark’s appointment strengthens Apex’s position as a bespoke lift company grounded in craftsmanship and British engineering. As a respected leader in the Lift Industry, his knowledge and approach align closely with our commitment to customer service excellence. 

Exciting Times Ahead At Apex 

As the new Service Director, Mark’s first six months will focus on continuously improving how we deliver our services. This includes optimising scheduling for faster response times, launching a proactive maintenance programme to keep lifts running smoothly, enhancing communication and feedback channels, and introducing real-time performance monitoring to drive excellence. 

Mark is also committed to providing specialist training for our engineers and streamlining parts management to further reduce downtime. 

Our goal is to build on Apex’s strong foundation by delivering an even more agile, data-driven, and customer-focused service experience for all our clients.
