Apex welcomes new Service Contract Manager, Jordan Byrne

Here at Apex, we are delighted to welcome Jordan Byrne to our growing team as Service Contract Manager. Jordan brings almost 20 years’ experience to the role, which involves the management of our engineers in and around London, day-to-day operational running, contract management as well as monitoring and reporting.

Jordan began his career in 1998 as an apprentice with a leading lift company while completing an NVQ in Engineering and Electrical Qualifications. He later moved to another firm where he carried out services and breakdowns. Jordan spent the rest of the noughties achieving his NVQ3 and completing servicing and breakdown support for lifts in London’s West End. Prior to joining Apex Lifts, Jordan spent nine years working for Mitsubishi Elevators, responsible for their flagship London site and managing fourteen lift engineers across the capital.

Impressed by Apex’s esteemed reputation in the UK lift industry, not to mention our Royal Warrant, Jordan is thrilled to be our latest team member and is enjoying settling into his new role. “I have always known about Apex’s excellent reputation and I love the fact that it is a successful, family-run company,” says Jordan. “The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional in how they run the business. I hope to work my way up the ranks and gain invaluable experience.”
