Apex Lifts wins contract extension with The London Fire Brigade

Apex Lifts are pleased to have secured an extension to our current bespoke servicing and reactive repair contract, that will see a continuation of Apex's lift services across The London Fire Brigade estate.
The contract extension was awarded in line with procurement procedures, following Apex's successful delivery of the planned maintenance services, reactive repairs and statutory inspection remedial works associated with the lifts and lifting equipment across The London Fire Brigade's estate since 2018.
London's fire and rescue service is the busiest in the country with one of the largest firefighting and rescue organisations in the world; therefore, Apex Lifts are proud to proactively support the organisation 365 days of the year with the provision of quality lift services and upholding of reliable lift operations.
The continued servicing contract will include planned and preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and emergency call-out response from our experienced in-house team. Apex Lifts will work alongside The London Fire Brigade to ensure the diverse lift portfolio of hoists, chairlift systems, passenger and goods lifts, contract meetings, tailored KPI performance monitoring and balance scorecard reporting continues in accordance with the contract. This includes environmental and health and safety contract reporting and management. Apex's key priority is to ensure that the lifts across The London Fire Brigade's sites remain safe, reliable and fully functional, with a key focus on a 'first fix' approach.
