Apex Lifts secures contract with Chelsea Harbour once again

Apex Lifts are pleased to have resecured a lift servicing and maintenance contract with Chelsea Harbour.
Apex were awarded the contract as Chelsea Harbour’s preferred maintenance and servicing provider following a legacy of successful performance on site and a strong former partnership.
Chelsea Harbour is a luxury, mixed-use residential development situated in West London. Apex Lifts are proud to be providing lift services to such an impressive and diverse site.
The servicing contract will comprise of planned and preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and emergency call-out response from our experienced in-house team. Apex Lifts will work alongside Chelsea Harbour to attune a bespoke contract, provide tailored KPI reporting, maximise first fixes, deliver customer excellence and enhance quality and performance across the portfolio and in line with specifications.
Apex’s priority is to ensure the lift portfolio at Chelsea Harbour remains safe, reliable and fully functional for all end users.
