Apex lifts Camden with maintenance and repair contract

Here at Apex, we are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a contract with the London Borough of Camden. Providing lift repair and maintenance services to a variety of Camden’s 33,000 homes, our agreement with the Borough will also cover an emergency call out service, routine health and safety inspections, and regular maintenance and scheduled parts replacements. 

With a contract beginning on 1 April 2016, we will offer Apex’s famed quality assured service to residents in and around the London Borough for five years. As part of the contract with Camden council, Apex has acquired the Transfer of Undertakings of Employment (TUPE) from the previous incumbent company, and will therefore be using existing employees to perform the necessary works within the agreement.

He continues, “In a borough steeped in history, we’re proud to be able to share our 46 years of expertise to maintain the lifts in the area to an impeccable standard.”

The Apex Lifts team is thrilled to be working alongside Camden Council across the coming years and is looking forward to seeing the exciting developments the contract will bring.
