Apex Lifts awarded servicing contract with Soho Housing

Apex Lifts are glad to have been awarded a three-year servicing and reactive repair contract with Soho Housing.
The contract was directly awarded to Apex via South East Consortium's (SEC) Lift Framework, under Lot 1: 'Servicing & maintenance of passenger lifts.' This required a proactive contract mobilisation period and full understanding of Soho Housing's requirements. SEC provide a range of frameworks for any public sector organisation to access based upon requirements and objectives. The SEC Lift Framework has opened Apex Lifts to a greater scope of clients, allowing us to continue providing services to the wider public sector - Soho Housing being one successful example of this.
Soho Housing works to improve local property in and around Soho, London. With a portfolio of over 800 homes and 35 commercial tenants, Apex Lifts are pleased to be working with the Soho Housing organisation across their diverse portfolio consisting of 29 lifts.
The servicing contract will comprise of planned and preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and emergency call-out response from our experienced in-house team. Apex Lifts will work closely alongside Soho Housing to tailor a bespoke contract that ensures lifts remain fully operational, with a consistent engineering delivery team, monthly contract meetings and reporting. The key priority is to ensure the portfolio of lifts across Soho Housing sites remain reliable, safe and fully operational for all end users.
