Apex Lifts has steadily developed in the field of planned and preventative maintenance because of its ability to provide outstanding, flexible service. We are able to maintain every type and manufacture of lift because of our team of highly-skilled and experienced service engineers. Apex Lifts has extensive technical knowledge in-house and, as a member of various trade associations such as LEIA and NAEC, we can also call on specific expertise, when necessary. All of our work is carried out by our own fully-trained staff.
Regular preventative maintenance will keep inconvenient downtime to a minimum, extend the life span of the equipment and contribute to greater safety. Our flexible service agreements provide cover from fully comprehensive to basic routine maintenance. When the right service level has been agreed you can rest assured that we'll check your lifts promptly and efficiently.

Should a lift breaks down you can call APEX LINK for a rapid call-out response 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Our technicians will ensure that your lifts are operational as soon as possible. This is because Apex Lifts can repair and manufacture parts, without delay, at our in-house facilities. We can also repair lifts so that they meet legislative requirements, European and British standards and best practice. Safety Assessment audits are performed at lift sites to ensure that standards are met, which includes those laid out in EN81-80 and that lifts comply with the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) and the Lifting Operations and Lift Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER).
Records of the maintenance and repairs performed on your lifts are kept on our computerised database APEX DATA (link). These records are updated from the client’s site using APEX CONNECT which transmits details of the service engineers report and customer signature in real time to APEX DATA.
